Chloe Lipman is a writer-director based in New York City with a BFA in Film and Television Production from NYU Tisch School of the Arts. Her background in cinematography and experience in theater has fostered her passion to craft evocative imagery and authentic performances.

Striving to bring each story’s emotional core to screen, Chloe’s films explore identity, memory, and the complexities of familial relationships. Telling visceral narratives of human vulnerability that spark reflection and explore a deeper understanding of our shared experiences is what drives her as an artist.
